Your name, your title, no mess.
Type it once. We build the table-based HTML that survives every mail client, and you paste it in. Nothing leaves your browser.
Who you are
How to reach you
One primary way is enough; every extra line lowers the chance the important one is read.
Links (optional)
Only links worth clicking. A LinkedIn profile makes sense; a personal feed usually doesn't.
Photo, logo or initials
Choose No image, a photo or logo, or a monogram of your initials. A hosted URL is the safest choice for sending: uploaded images are embedded as data, which Gmail and Outlook sometimes strip from outgoing mail.
Layout and colour
Saturation and contrast matter more than the hue itself; keep one accent and leave text near-black.
Legal note (optional)
That's everything. Check the preview, then copy it into your mail settings.
